Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have certain rights
under the law. These include:
- That any products
supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended
purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website;
- Cancellations can
be communicated by emailing at email@example.com
of non-faulty goods and cancellation:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you
have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund - store credit (subject to terms and condition).
- If you cancel the
delivery of the order before the order has been dispatched for delivery,
you will not be charged for that specific package.
- You notify us in
writing that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the same day
of you placing the order (prior to the order being dispatched).
- You may give us
notice of cancellation by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you cancel the
delivery of the order after the order has been OFD (Out For Delivery), you
will be charged the actual delivery charges. The items ordered will be
refunded minus the actual delivery charges.
- You will be
responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is
faulty, incorrect or incorrectly described.
- If you accept the
package and sign for it, you may only return your package by contacting

Our shipment Partner (operating as Fetcher) of any returns to be scheduled,
together with contact details.
- Our shipment
Partner(operating as Fetcher) will contact you to schedule a pickup.
- If you accept a
faulty product, the return will be free. If you ordered by mistake, then
each attempt of collection of returns (COR) will be charged at Rupees. 200
for Pakistan. A maximum of two (2) attempts will be made after successful
scheduling with the end receiver. Our shipment partner (operating as Fetcher) will advise
you about international charges.
- Any additional
attempt for delivery has to be authorized by us (beauty4U).
Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it
reaches us in good condition.
We will refund the purchase price in the form of Store Credit
(provided all the criteria is met) returned no later than 30 days from the day
when you give us notice of cancellation and return.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned
products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a
claim against you for any losses that we suffer.
