Jane Iredale D2O Hydration Spray utilizes a hydrogen molecule that is twice the weight of the molecule in ordinary water, which makes D2O 10% heavier than H2O. It can be used to set mineral after makeup has been applied or hydrate skin, especially in dry climates. People with oily skin can use it as a moisturizer.
